General Terms and Conditions

Your credit card information only serves as a guarantee for the booking. If you wish to cancel your booking you must do so no later than 2 days prior to arrival. Please note that the day of arrival starts at 0.00 am.

Any booking that is not cancelled at least 2 days before arrival will be charged the cost of the first night. In case of no-show, the full booking amount will be charged.

Different cancellation policies often apply to group bookings. The hotel will contact you about this if this is the case.
